Delete your KwikPG account.
KwikPG is a property management app for PG and hostel owners. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time, using either method below.
How to request deletion
Two ways to delete your account
From within the app
- Open the KwikPG app.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered phone to confirm.
Your account is queued for deletion immediately.
By email
If you can no longer access the app, email hello@kwikpg.com from your registered email address with:
- Subject: Account deletion request
- Your registered phone number and a short note confirming the request.
We verify your identity and complete the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
Data we permanently remove
- Your owner profile — name, email, phone number, photo
- Business details — business name, address, GST
- All properties, rooms, and beds you created
- All resident records, photos, and uploaded documents
- All rent bills, payment records, and receipts
- All staff and manager accounts under your business
- All support tickets and in-app messages
What is kept
Data we retain to meet legal obligations
Indian law requires us to retain certain records even after deletion. After the retention period ends, this data is permanently destroyed.
