How do bills reach residents?
Bills are made automatically every month and sent on WhatsApp, each with a UPI payment link for that resident.
What happens when a resident pays?
They tap the link and pay with any UPI app. The payment is matched to their bill, and a PDF receipt goes to them on WhatsApp.
What if someone pays in cash?
Record it in two taps. It counts the same as a UPI payment, and the resident still gets a receipt.

Questions owners ask
How do residents pay rent?
They tap the UPI link in their WhatsApp bill and pay with any UPI app. If someone pays you in cash, you record it in the app in two taps.
Can I track security deposits?
Yes. Deposits are tracked separately from rent, so the refund amount is clear when a resident leaves.
Who pays for the WhatsApp messages?
Each new property gets 100 free messages. After that, you buy message packs in the app.
